Our “Grow-Free-With-Me” bodysuit can be easily washed at 30°C on the wool cycle. A higher temperature is not necessary because the material is resistant to bacteria and microbes. The reason for this lies in the structure of the wool fiber: the surface is reminiscent of roof tiles, which makes it difficult for bacteria and dirt particles to settle. In addition, the keratin in the wool fiber breaks down bacteria itself.

In addition, our material composition does not release any microplastic particles (into the sea) when washed, can be produced relatively energy-efficiently and is biodegradable. Thanks to the low washing temperature and water-saving wash cycles, wool silk is a particularly environmentally friendly raw material.
