Return conditions

- Returns are permitted for up to 14 days, the return eligibility date begins as soon as the customer has received the delivery.
- To speed up the return and refund process, please use our official return form, as returns that have not followed our official return process will take longer to process and refund.
- We do not provide return labels for orders. The customer is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to us and for the shipping charges.
- The package remains the responsibility of the customer until it is delivered to our logistics center. Please keep the proof of shipment.
Right of return
- The products must be returned undamaged, in their original condition and in their original packaging. If the goods are returned worn, used or washed (does not apply to fitting), a refund is not possible.
- If your product is faulty within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer service and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price.
- Returns are only acceptable if they are dropped off at a local courier within 14 days of receiving the original order. Returns after this date will only be issued as a credit note, with return shipping costs to be borne by the customer.
- Unaccepted returns will be sent back to the customer and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Return process within Germany
- Registration and selection of products:
- Please provide your order number.
- Specify the products you wish to return.
- State the reason for the return.
- Packaging and shipping:
- Pack all the products you wish to return (including gifts) into the parcel along with a note explaining your reason for return. You can use the original box or another envelope. Please make sure to remove all other labels and stickers from the box.
- Please note that your return cannot be processed without the enclosed note.
- Inspection and completion:
- Once we receive your return, it will be inspected as quickly as possible.
- If the return is approved for a refund, the amount will be credited within 14 business days (this may vary depending on the bank/card issuer).
- If the return is not approved, the products will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Return process for EU and non-EU countries
- Please note that mail and parcel shipments from a non-EU country to Germany must generally be cleared through customs. You can avoid customs duties/taxes if you enclose a fully and correctly completed customs declaration, invoice and return form with the return shipment. Please always enclose these documents on the outside of your package. We recommend that you obtain the relevant information from your customs authorities in the respective third country.
- Please note that your return cannot be processed without the return form enclosed with your order.
- The package remains the responsibility of the customer, including any customs fees for return, until it is delivered to our fulfillment center. Please keep the proof of shipment for future reference.

Refunds
- Once the returned product has been inspected and accepted, the refund will be issued within 14 business days in the form of the original payment method used by the customer for the purchase.
- Eligible returns initiated after 14 days of receiving the order may be returned but are non-refundable; only exchanges and credits are possible.
- If you paid with gift cards and a credit card, we will refund the gift card you entered at checkout first and then your payment card.
- If your package is returned to us for any reason, such as providing an incorrect address, not picking up the package, not paying customs fees, etc., Kalumi will refund the value of the goods once the goods are returned to our warehouse. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Klarna Returns
- If you have just returned one or more items and the end of the invoice period is approaching, we recommend that you register the return in the Klarna portal. If you have any questions, Klarna customer service will be happy to help you. Please note that Kalumi customer service cannot extend your invoice period.
- If the payment deadline on the invoice has passed, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In this case, please contact Klarna customer service directly.
- Please note that orders placed through Klarna cannot be refunded to a store credit/gift card
Exchange
- Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, you can simply return the item and place a new order with us.
Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.
Lost package
- In case of a lost package, Kalumi will investigate with DHL. Please contact our customer service within 5 days.
- If you have received an incomplete order, please contact our customer service within 4 days of the delivery date
- Please note: If the complaint is made later than the specified time, we will not be able to initiate an investigation.
